This was a fun card to make. I used Melon Mambo for my card base. I adhered a piece of In Good Taste DSP to a piece of Basic Gray that was slightly larger. I wrapped Linen Thread around the card front twice and secured it in the back then adhered this piece to the card base. I stamped the flowers and leaves on Basic White using Memento Black Ink. The look of the flowers and leaves were achieved using two-step stamping.  For the second stamping on the larger Dahlia, I used Melon Mambo, Daffodil Delight for the smaller flowers and Just Jade for the leaves. I fussy cut them all out to be attached them to the card. I stamped my sentiment using Basic Gray Ink and used second generation Just Jade ink to stamp over the sentiment. I finished the card off accentong it with Champagne Rhinestones in the center and around the flowers. I love this colorful card!

Delicate Dahlia

Below is another card we made at an event recently. I used the Beautifully Penned DSP as the card front but I also used it to stamp my Dahlia. I stamped it in Memento Black Ink and filled it in with Bumblebee! It is such a fun card and great way to use my DSP!
