I love working with Monochromatics colors and well blue is my favorite color so this card is perfect in my opinion.  I stamped this card using Misty Moonlight Ink on to Basic White Cardstock then wrapped a Misty Moonlight ribbon around the Basic White before adhering to a Misty Moonlight Card Base. I then stamped the sentiment and another little design from the Elegantly Said Stamp Set onto another piece of Basic White then punched out using the coordinating punch. I punched another in Misty Moonlight then cut it in half and glued to the top and bottom of the punched Basic White piece. I placed it on the card using dimensionals then tied a bow and attached it with glue dots. I love how it came out!
