Sale-A-Bration is so fun! I love getting free stuff and I especially love it when it is as pretty as the Dainty Flowers Designer Series Paper! I made three cards on my Facebook Live yesterday featuring the Dainty Flowers DSP and Beautifully Happy Stamp Set. All three cards turned out beautifully!

Dainty Petals 1

Before making my cards, I took a piece of the DSP so that I had this strip, a piece that has an oval which you will see in the card below then a piece from another sheet that will be in the third card. For this card, I used a piece of Fresh Freesia cardstock that I had on hand that was already embossed using the Gingham embossing folder. I cut a scrap of Orchid Oasis Cardstock in half to glue behind each side of the DSP then clipped off the edges. I wrapped Linen Twine around this piece a couple of times then tied in a bow using a glue dot to hold it in place. I placed dimensionally behind the vertical strip ten placed on my card front that I had already glued onto a piece of Crumb Cake Card Stock for my card base. I stamped my sentiment using Orchid Oasis onto Basic White then punched out using the Oval Punch. I also punched out a piece of Crumb Cake to adhere behind the sentiment. I place a dimensional on the back right of the oval and glue on the back left before adhering to the card. I finished it off with the beautiful Brushed Brass Butterflies Embellishments. So pretty!

Dainty Petals 3For the next card, I had cut the DSP at 3 1/2″ x 4 3/4″ and glued it onto a piece of Mossy Meadow Cardstock before glueing onto a Crushed Curry Card Base. I stamped my sentiment onto Basic White using Mossy Meadow Ink then punched out using the Oval Punch before glueing onto a Mossy Meadow punched oval. I placed a glue dot where I wanted my ribbon to go then made a ribbon loop on the card front before placing my sentiment in place using dimensionals. I finished off the card by placing Brushed Brass Butterflies. Love this one too!

Dainty Petals 3For my last card, I glued the DSP onto a piece of Mossy Meadow then a Crushed Curry Card Base. I punched a daisy using the Daisy Punch and Crushed Curry Cardstock then two leaves using Bough Punch and Old Olive Cardstock.  Stamped my sentiment in Mossy Meadow then punched out and glued onto a punched oval in Mossy Meadow. I adhered this to the card using dimensionals then glued the leaves in place tucked behind the sentiment. I then folded the Daisy almost in half and burnished it using my bone folder before gluing to the card using glue dots. I finished this card off using Brushed Metallic Adhesive Backed Dots. This is one of my favorites! I just love how it turned out!
