Blessings of Home Card

This was such a fun card to make. I absolutely love blending colors together for a background. This turned out beautifully. I used the second largest Diorama Die to make my stencil. I used Pool Party, Balmy Blue and Pacific Point ink pads to do my blending along with a Blending Brush from Stampin’ Up. Once I have it all blended well which may take going over it a few times with the colors, I used my Stamparatus to stamp this rather large image from Blessings of Home Stamp Set. Once I had the background blended and the image stamped, I used my mister and sprayed a little water over the stop to create water spots in the color.  Take a look at this closeup of the water spots.  The card is matted onto Starry Sky then Balmy Blue Cardstock then I used the Simply Elegant Silver Trim and the Clear Basic Rhinestones to accent my card. When I stamped my sentiment, I cut off a portion of the sentiment that I didn’t want on the card.  I just love how it turned out!
