I needed a card for my son-in-law this month and I had this great designer series paper (also known as DSP) although I didn’t have the stamp set. This DSP is perfect for that purpose. It comes with two sheets of punch out art and sentiments that can make your projects pop even if you don’t have the stamp set! This easel card is such an easy fun fold but gives the false impression that it was difficult to make to those who are not card makers.

He's the Man-Antique Card-1An easel card is one of the easiest fun folds to make. You cut your paper at 4 1/4″ x 11″ and score at 2 3/4″ and 5 1/2″ on the 11″ side. Then you cut your cardstock and DSP to fit the small panels that will fold in the front.

He's the Man-Antique Card-2This photo shows what the card looks like when it is opened. It’s necessary to place something on the inside of the card that will act as a stopper. This could be a sentiment or as I did in this card, DSP that is popped up with dimensional.

This is the card I made for my son-in-love! He loves family time and camping with family. This paper was perfect for his card.

He's the Man Jed's card-2This photo shows you the card folded  as well as the back of the card. Since  the hubs and I are verbose (haha) we like to write a lot on our cards so I just placed a piece on the bck with the photo corners that was provided in the DSP package. I love how it turned out!
