I absolutely love otters so when I saw this stamp set in the Sale-A-Bration brochure, I knew I had to have it! This is such a cute little fella and makes such adorable cards especially paired up with the Sunshine and Rainbows FREE Sale-A-Bration DSP.  I love how this card turned out.

For this card I used scrap pieces of the DSP and blends to make the card. I also used the Macrame Embossing Folder. It turned out absolutely adorable! See below for all the supplies and measurements.
