Welcoming Window Card

I had so much fun making this beautiful card using the Welcoing Window stamp set! I started out by embossing the Soft Suede layer with the Painted Texture 3D embossing Folder. I stamped the brick images using Crumb Cake Ink and using first and second generation ink, meaning I stamped full ink then stamped again without re-inking. The way the brick stamp is made, you can stamp it so that it looks like you have built a brick wall. I love the effect. I die cut Petal Pink Cardstock for the inside of the window, Soft Suede Cardstock for the window frame and window box, Real Red Cardstock for the shutters which and Basic Black for the hinges.

Welcoming Window Close UPThe dies give so much detail that they look life like. The wood grain that is embossed into the shutters, window box and frame is gorgeous! I stamped the plant leaves in Garden Green and the flowers in Flirty Flamingo Ink. I really love how this card turned out!
