I recently posted a video on how to create an Inside Banner Pop Out Card with a Halloween theme. I had decided on that card after I had created this birthday card using the Way to Goat stamp set. It is such an adorable card! I truly love how it turned out!The Paper, the Goat Images, the colors, the pop out images, all of it!
