Come Sail Away-1

This card is different than I usually make in that it is all gray and black. I usually go for bright and lively colors and yet this card is beautiful!!! I used the Come Sail Away Suite with it’s lovely designer series papers, dies, stamps and trinkets!

Card Sketch 10

I used a card sketch I found on Pinterest  that Sundaystamps.blogspot.com posted as my inspiration for this card. I have made two card different card designs using this card sketch and I love how each of them turned out!

Come Sail Away-2

I cut three rectangles of DSP and backed them with Basic Black cardstock before adhering them evenly onto a Basic Gray card front that I embossed with the Subtles 3D Embossing Folder. I then stamped the sentiment in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink and cut it out using the label die from the Smooth Sailing coordinating dies. I cut out Basic Black and Basic Gray seaweed then tucked them behind the sentiment and topped it off with a Sail Away Trinket (anchor). All of the pieces come together to make a beautiful card. Don’t forget the paper and trinkets are retiring June 2nd so if you would like any of them you will need to shop soon.  All of the supplies and measurements are listed below.
