Connecting People Through Paper Creations
I
I made these cards during my Live Thursday evening. These cards are so pretty and colorful and really easy to make. I would consider these “casual” cards rather than “simple” because I used a punch and blends but they really were easy cards to make!
This is the second card I made on the Live broadcast. With the exception of this particular card requiring a punch, this would be considered a “simple” style card to make. I couldn’t resist using the Medium Daisy Punch to make this card though along with the Perennial Essence Floral Centers which just make the daisies! Did I tell you how much I love these colors and papers? Below are some of the other cards I have made using this suite.
This is a card I just made for fun when I first got the suite. I dry embossed the Old Olive Cardstock then used one of the edgelits from the die set to create a “lace” border. I heat embossed the sentiment using gold embossing powder then sponged color onto the flowers I die cut. This was by far my most complicated though not difficult card to make. It just had more detail it than the others.
This is a card I created on my Sneak Peek of the Ornate Gardens video tutorial. I love how it turned out with the different textures from the embossing folder, white and gold foil designer series paper and gold foil paper. Simple card but the contrasts make it spectacular!
Be sure to check out the next video tutorial where I show you how to make a front flap fun fold using Ornate Gardens Suite!
